You may request a return or exchange within 3 days of receiving your parcel.
Exchanges
We're happy to exchange your item for a different size or article within the 3-day window, provided it meets the conditions below.
Refunds
Please note we do not offer cash refunds. Returns are eligible for exchange or store credit only.
Condition of Items
To be eligible, items must be unworn, unwashed, and returned in their original condition with tags intact. We cannot accept or exchange items that are damaged, worn, or altered after delivery.
